Even though La La Anthony has been criticized quite heavily by some of the naysayers recently, with many pointing out that she had no real acting skills, this did not seem to bother the Power star too much.
Entirely, on the contrary, Carmelo Anthony’s wife seemed determined to prove everyone just how wrong they were, and she has made some scathing statements about her critics lately.
She added that she was continually giving everything she had to this profession, and she was not going to let people get her down after she had made so much progress
She said on The Breakfast Club: “I think you got to be worried when people aren’t talking. My thing is that I’m doing it. So, if I couldn’t do it, then why am I doing it? If you can do it better, then why you not getting the jobs I’m getting? That’s how I look at it.”
La La also pointed out that she was not like most other women in the entertainment business, and she still had a thing or two to show to the world that made her relatively unique compared to others.
She said: “I also bring a following with me. I almost got 10 million followers on Instagram. People watch what I do. What’s the point of having these great shows if nobody’s watching them? You want people to watch. So, if you can do it better, you bring your 10 million followers and come do what I do.”
Her statements have been taken in a bit of a strange way by some, with various people pointing out that La La is a hard-working and dedicated actress who shines in her roles, others say she should keep up with acting classes because she can always perfect her craft and go on to win an award.
Still, it does not look like she is going to slow down her efforts anytime soon.
La La has made it clear that she is not going to be bothered by anyone trying to talk negatively about her — and her fans are happy to hear that.
She has been one of the more outspoken people in the celebrity world lately, and she seems to have quite a lot on her mind that she wants to share, too, and supporters applaud her for standing up for herself.
Should La La just ignore her critics?
